Historical Note: This bowl was excavated from the Salmon Ruins located outside Farmington, New Mexico and is on display in the Salmon Ruin Museum.  The design may be that of a snake curling around the four directions symbol. The bowl displayed here was the first produced in the "Legends in Clay Classic Series," this series features bowls replicated as they looked when first unearthed. This new "Classic Series" is the finest replicated pottery found today in galleries in the southwest.
