Historical Note: This is a beautiful brown slipped bowl decorated with traditional mountain symbols. Colors range from light orange to tans and yellows. The design in this bowl may represent a solar eclipse of 1379 and another in 1397. The center of the bowl would depict a dark sun and the outer design (rings) the aurora.
